I think I'm getting chubby…HELP!?
Right, I'm very sporty, I always eat healthy, meaning I make my own food, and I don't eat junk, and I'm always on the go.
Problem is that I think I am getting chubby, because after I have eaten, my stomach sort of sticks out, and when I sort of pinch the skin around it, it measures about 4 cm between my fingers, and everywhere else it's about 1cm.
Is this bad? How do I get rid of this fat, or whatever it is?
BTW, I weigh 51 kilos, and I am 1.65 m tall.
