Has anyone tried the 'food lover's guide to fat loss'?

I saw this infomercial about Rob Ferguson's food lover's fat loss guide. I was wanting to know if anyone has ever tried it. It looks pretty sensible…but I've bought other things before that sounded sensible and was completely let down by it. Any info will be helpful!
