Toned legs? cycling? 2 months? PLEASE HELP?

hey, I really need to tone my legs in 2months(oct, nov). I haven't done much of running or I haven't played basketball in 8 months, Basketball is like my fav sport, before I used to be obsessed over playing ball. I played for about 3 hours evryday. and I never really found the need to exercise besides playing bball. I've not played since 8 months now, and I've really gotten out shape. I weigh about 118lbs and I'm around 5'5 . my thighs (outter nd inner) are so ugly now so are my calves. they feel like it's mostly fat now. for a week I've been trying to go running, but I feel like nothing is working. so I'm investing in a bike, that I can ride for 1hr 30mins everyday and maybe even 2hrs on the weekends, I do about 60 lunges and 200 sit ups with 4 sets of 12 calf lifts every alternate day . and I eat healthy. I think . I want lean sleek legs now will I see a difference after all? oh and I play bball on the weekends only :( ( will I bulk up? or will I tone my legs? I really need to tone them, this might just be shunting down my confidence. ;( please help

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM)

This is an acclaimed fat loss system delivered in eBook format. The author Tom Venuto is a well-respected figure in the fat loss and fitness fields. The system lays out in great detail exactly what you need to do to achieve a steady, healthy rate of fat loss.

This system is not going to be of much interest to the hordes of people asking questions like “How can I achieve rapid weight loss?” or “How do I lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks?” It’s unfortunate, because these are the very people who could most benefit from the information that he provides. Tom is scathing in his condemnation of some of the charlatans growing rich giving useless or dangerous information to desperate overweight people. He makes a point of telling people what they need to know, rather than what they want to hear!

The reality is that it takes time to lose a lot of fat in a healthy way, so get used to the idea and knuckle down to some hard work. Better to make steady progress the right way, than to go on some crazy fad diet, starve off a few pounds but then end up putting it all back on again when you are forced to admit defeat.

Tom’s system is all about devising healthy patterns of eating, drinking and exercise. These must become part of a new healthy lifestyle. This isn’t a short-term solution – if you do something short-term, it will only have short-term results; obvious when you think about it! It’s quite an information-dense eBook. There’s a lot of thought-provoking material contained within those pages. There is an appendix containing nutritional information about different foodstuffs and examples of healthy eating plans.
