fat loss system – What kind of fat burning exercises?
What kind of fat burning exercises?
Can some one give me some advice?
Im 16 years old, 6'1″, and around 190-195.
Im not fat. I do have some extra fat I want to get rid of though. I play basketball, and I would like to get a lot leaner. I think I should drop about 15 lbs, and put me at 175-180.
Im a pretty thick build, and right now I don't take any supplements, except for whey protein powder. I really don't know what kind of exercises I should do to get lean. I don't care about muscle mass, just want to drop extra fat. I already have a diet figured out, just don't know what kind of exercises I should do for fat loss and cardio endurance. Any help is great. Thanks
