Fat Loss System

i'm quite young and i eat healthy stuff and try and do loads of excercise, but i never seem to loose it unless i go on holiday were i sweat all of it out. people say that i only have baby fat that's why it won't go, but how long does it take for all my baby fat to sperad around my body?
