Fat Loss System Reviews

Do you really need to do lots of cardio in order to lose fat? I started wondering about this when a few months ago, despite going to the gym on a regular basis, I was still unable to break past my fat loss plateau. I posed this question to a friend of mine who was much leaner than I was.

He stated that he rarely ever does cardio. My friend used to be a gymnast when he was younger. And even though he has a full time job and does not workout as often as he used to, he’s able to still maintain an extremely lean and athletic body.

I figured part of it had to do with the fact that he was training with his own bodyweight. However, I personally have used a bodyweight training that stopped working for me after a while. I asked him what kind of bodyweight workouts he was following.

That was when he invited me over to workout with him. Of course, I took up his invitation. Perhaps there was something I could learn from him. Here’s a great gymnastics move he taught me: perform a regular pushup, then move your body forward, place your head on the ground and lift your legs up so you end up doing a forward roll.

From observing my friend work out, I realized that the key to making my bodyweight exercises more difficult is to get my body moving in a variety of directions. Pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats only trains your body to move up and down.

The key is to train your body to go up, down, forward, back, and side to side – similar to the move that my friend taught me.

You know what, speaking of unique exercises, there’s a great 3-phase fat loss system called the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss. You can find out more information about this incredible bodyweight fat loss program on my site WorkoutWithoutWeights.Net
